Delivery
All plants are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 to ensure the speedy delivery of live plants. Your parcel tracking number will be issued immediately following dispatch. Postage is charged at £4.95 flat rate irrelevant of the total number of plants ordered. Our larger plants and shrub roses are sent FOC in separate parcels.
All plants are sent in single wall boxes but are packaged individually in clampacks for the most robust protection. These also help to retain moisture and ensure that the outer packaging is never compromised. All packaging is 100% recyclable, sustainably sourced and manufactured in the U.K.
All orders are marked as live plants. Please ensure all plants are removed immediately and are cared for in accordance with the plant label's guidance as we can't accept responsibility for the failure of any plants that are not cared for correctly.
Orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday will be dispatched same day, and orders placed after 12 noon will be sent the next working day. Orders placed after 12 noon Thursday won’t be sent until the following Monday to ensure plants aren't left unattended with Royal Mail over the weekend. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within the above timeframes, but deliveries can be delayed during peak times. There are no collections on bank holidays, your order will be collected on the next working day.
Please note that order fulfilment is subject to stock failure for all plants sold e.g., unsatisfactory growth, crop shortage or disease. All plants are guaranteed free of pest and diseases. Plants may be cut back due to being end of season, to encourage growth or to fit packaging. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable at times, but rest assured that it will not affect plant health.
Due care and attention are given to all orders so that our plants reach you in perfect condition, however damage to plants in transit is sometimes unavoidable due to their fragile nature, particularly new growth, branching stems and buds. Please contact us immediately on receipt, prior to opening your parcel, should it appear damaged beyond reasonable expectations. Please supply us with images of the damaged packaging and its contents to assist us with swiftly processing any damage claims. We aim to resolve all claims within 1 business day.
